About GRAPA

The Global Revenue Assurance Professional Association, Inc. (GRAPA) is a not-for-profit corporation, incorporated in Illinois, USA, in 2007. GRAPA promotes the professionalization of telecommunications revenue assurance practitioners. GRAPA also solicits, develops and ratifies industry standards for the practice of telecommunications revenue assurance and offers various levels of professional certification based on those standards.

Membership to GRAPA is free and offers access to a set of ratified industry standards for the practice of revenue assurance. Members have the opportunity to certify as revenue assurance professionals, formalizing their education and experience performing revenue assurance jobs and functions. Certification criteria and standards are the product of extensive consultation with the global membership, both informally and during regional web-based town halls. The association also offers social and professional networking opportunities, benchmark and best practice studies as well as industry news.

Volunteer chairpersons who represent individual regions and countries run GRAPA. GRAPA now has over 2700 members in over 153 countries representing over 800 companies in the telecommunications industry.
